Injectors

BD rebuilt exchange injectors are tested and verified electronically and then mechanically calibrated in matched sets. The injector is checked for fuel flow at different levels to duplicate idle, mid and high engine rpm and load. The Nozzle spray pattern is inspected and the release pressure is set. Matting surfaces are lapped to ensure no leakage occurs within the body.

We now offer Stock calibrated injectors and XXX Pulse injectors to add 80 more rear wheel Hp. When using these performance injectors we suggest a X Power chip be installed which electronically adjusts the time of injection to insure a good clean fuel burn as well as good operating temperatures.

Your cores will be accepted on a year for year basis and they must have failed in service. Fire damaged or burnt out injector solenoids will result in the core being rejected.
