Transfer Flow has introduced a 72 gallon wedge style, cross-the-bed auxiliary fuel tank system for full-size Dodge, Ford, and GM pickups.  Available for gas and diesel trucks, the wedge fuel tank is perfect for pickups using either a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch for towing a fifth wheel or horse trailer.  Its wedge design allows the driver to see the pickup's hitch while connecting the trailer to the vehicle. 

The 72 gallon wedge fuel tank is constructed of bright aluminum diamond plate and durable mill finish aluminum, and is baffled for extra support.  The fuel tank mounts in the truck bed, up against the cab and is bolted through the pickup floor in four places.  The fuel fill access is conveniently located on the driver's side of the pickup, on top of the fuel tank.  This tank can fit under a camper shell and can fill using our Camper Shell Fillneck kit!

The wedge fuel tank system comes complete with all components needed for installation (some Ford and GM pickups require an additional retrofit fillneck kit.  See below for information).  The fuel system operates with Transfer Flow's Trax-UFS, our auxiliary universal fuel system.  It's a computer controlled balance line system that includes a dash mounted LCD (Liquid Crystal Display).  The LCD indicates the gallons in the main tank, the auxiliary tank, the combined gallonage, and the operational status of the fuel systems!  Comes with Transfer Flow's 3 year 36,000 mile warranty.  NOTE:  This tank recently changed from 74 to 72 gallons.
